optimisation of airport retail facilities
Mojo is conducting a retail research and consultancy path for The Brussels Airport Company in order to optimise future airport retail facilities (shops, food & beverage and services) meeting the needs of passengers, meeters & greeters and personnel.
The project can be summarised in three phases:
1. Exploration of current shopping behaviour of the different target groups as well as their unmet needs and wants
2. Definition of retail concepts taking the insights from the first phase into account
3. Testing various concept ideas among airport visitors
Different tools are applied in this project such as qualitative and quantitative research methods (group discussion, observation, face-to-face and online interviews), trend presentation, brainstorm session and workshop.
